This Privacy Policy (Personal Data Processing) (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) for the site “cheltsovbs.kg” (hereinafter referred to as the Site), applies to all information that the Site Administration (Copyright Holder), (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration), can receive about the Site User (hereinafter referred to as the User), during use The site. Using the Site means that the User unconditionally agrees to this Policy and the conditions for processing their personal information specified in it.

In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must refrain from using the Site.

Terms and definitions

User – any User of the Site.

Dissemination of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons (transfer of personal data) or at the following purposes:

familiarization with the personal data of an unlimited number of persons, including the disclosure of personal data in the mass media, posting in information and telecommunications networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way.

Cross-border transfer of personal data – transfer of personal data on the territory of a foreign state to an authority of a foreign state, a foreign individual or a foreign legal entity.

Destruction of personal data – any actions, as a result of which personal data is permanently destroyed with the impossibility of further restoration of the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which the material carriers of personal data are destroyed.

Personal information of Users processed by the Site

1.1. The Site collects, accesses and uses Users ' personal data, technical and other information related to Users for the purposes defined by the Policy.

1.2. Technical information is not personal data. The Site uses cookiesthat allow you to identify the User. Conditions, methods of processing and transfer of personal information

4.3. If the User sends an application or request regarding clause 4.1., the Site performs the necessary actions with personal data within 10 (ten) business days.

4.4. If the User sends an application or request regarding clause 4.2., the Site has the right to continue processing personal data in cases permitted by law.

4.5. The Site processes personal data, technical information and other information of the User, only for achieving the purposes of processing personal data.

Measures applied to protect the User’s personal information

5.1. The Site takes necessary and sufficient legal, organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions with it by third parties.

5.2. The Site does not make decisions affecting the rights and legitimate interests of Users based solely on automated processing of personal data, except in cases where information is provided based on the results of a request made by the User himself using the automated systems interface.

5.3. In case of loss or disclosure of personal information, the Site is not responsible if this personal information:

became public domain prior to its loss or disclosure;
was received from a third party before it was received by the Site Administration;
was disclosed with the User’s consent;

Dispute resolution

6.1. Before applying to the court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Site, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute). All correspondence is made in writing, by sending a letter to the e-mail addresses of the parties. After receiving a claim from one of the Parties, it is obliged to provide a written reasoned response to the claim within 30 (thirty) calendar days.

6.2. If the Parties do not reach a mutual agreement, the dispute that has arisen is subject to resolution in court in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation.

6.3. All possible disputes arising out of the relations regulated by this Policy are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation, regardless of the User’s place of residence.

Additional Terms and Conditions

7.1. The Site has the right to make changes to this Policy without the User’s consent.

7.2. The new Policy comes into force from the moment of its publication, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.

7.3. Continued use of the Site after making such changes confirms the User’s consent to such changes.
